Our Client:

Responsible for delivering in-house technical training and building of environmental knowledge among staff to build a relevant, resourceful and resilient workforce. Supports capability building and Continuing Education and Training (CET) needs within the local environmental services industry through its industry programmes with institutes of higher learning. In addition, the Institute actively participates in capacity building of identified countries via training and workshops catering to selected government officials.

The Role:

To assist and provide administrative support in the following areas, Envision and E-Newsletter as well as the International Training Department

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Publishing of e-newsletter
  • Coordinate Envision and publications related matters
  • Facilitate and manage e-blasts within NEA, Industry Partners, and other Government Agencies
  • Review and update the mailing list for magazine distributions
  • Development of stakeholders database management system for ENVISION and e-publication
  • Work with CCD on website related matters
  • Provide support in organising SEI’s outreach events
  • Provide manpower assistance to cover international training and assist in activities leading to programme implementation
  • Assist in implementing safe management measures, such as temperature taking etc. and enforce safe distancing during programme implementation
  • Provide support in the review of course curriculum design and development to enable modular structured learning
  • Develop online course materials and resource platform for International Training and Thought Leadership Programme to facilitate e-downloads for course materials
  • Provide support in the PEEL review exercise

The Profile We are Looking for:

  • Preferably Candidate with academic background of Bachelor Degree majoring in Art, Design & Media (ADM), graphic designer or Computer Science
  • A reasonable understanding of issues in adult learning, curriculum development and learning design
  • Working knowledge in environmental management, engineering or public health areas will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software applications preferably In-Design, Photoshop & Illustrator software, Adobe Professional, Access Programming language (HTML, JavaScript, C++)
  • An innovative & dynamic individual who is proficient in communication, networking, partnership development & leadership skills
  • Possess business sense with a broad international outlook & strong persuasive powers.
  • The candidate shall also be mature, independent, resourceful, passionate and highly self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail

Working Hours & Location:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9AM-6PM
  • Nearest MRT: Paya Lebar EW8/ CC9
