• General enquiries, room setup, monitoring registration status, sending confirmation emails to participants, refreshments coordination, collation of course evaluation surveys & reports, etc.
• Minimum Diploma holder as required by client.
• Have related experience with Admin or Customer Service as required by client.
• 8.30 am – 4.30 pm (7 hours daily, excluding lunch).
• Working location: Ang Mo Kio (School environment)
• Salary: S$9-S$12 per hour
• Contract from 21 Sep 2020 - 8 Jan 2021 (16 weeks) cover Maternity Leave staff
• This is an outsourced role
