Part-Time Accounts Payable Officer / Min. O’level / 3 months (Tampines)

Jobscope

• Ensure invoices and claims are accounted in a timely and accurate manner.
• Resolve any invoicing and payment related issues with procurement, operations and external suppliers.
• Accountable for timely payment processing for suppliers’ invoices, employee claims, patients refunds etc.
• Handle bank reconciliation.
• Assist senior accountant in month-end closing and projects administration.
• Provide assistance on requests for AIC, MOH or other financial audits.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Possess relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Only Singaporeans.

Others

• Working days: Mon – Fri (8.45am – 12.45pm)
• Work Location: Tampines
• Salary rate: $10/hour
• Contract duration: 3 months first (Subject to renewal after 3 months)
• This is an outsourced role.
