Job Title: Admin Assistant

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 6:00PM Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

- Process all transactions in system for projects e.g. approvals to incur expenditure, purchase orders, service entries, claims, bills, e-invoices and payment requests
- Tracking purchase orders and invoices to ensure timely payment
- Assist in other administrative duties such as collating information, liaison with vendors and coordination etc as and when required
- Diploma or A Levels.
- Prior experience Process all transactions in system for projects.
- Familiarity with tracking purchase orders and invoices
- Resourceful, adaptable and meticulous with attention to details.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
