Further demonstrating its continuous effort in improving service standards, RMA is pleased to announce that 3 of our staff have received the Excellent Service Award (EXSA) in 2020.
In a virtual presentation ceremony held on 16 December 2020, RMA was crowned the winner in the Silver Award category. This is the first time RMA has participated in the prestigious Excellent Service Awards, joining 121 other organizations who were recognized as “exemplary companies of world-class quality service performance”.

EXSA is a national award managed by Enterprise Singapore and seven industry lead bodies. This award recognizes outstanding individuals who have delivered exemplary service and created memorable experiences for customers. Organizations with EXSA awardees are committed to achieving service excellence and act as service champions in their respective organizations.
Setting High Service Standards across Industries
Committed to developing an outstanding management capability to promote and sustain service excellence, RMA also supports various national initiatives to raise its service standards. Since the pandemic started, RMA is actively recruiting and helping affected Singaporeans by offering them part-time and full-time positions.
