Service Desk Analyst / Team Lead(1Yr Contract/ Alexandra / Up to $2400)


Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provide quality customer service and excellent support operations for an e-procurement portal and meet key performance indicators.
  • Perform portal content management, user education, incident management and problem management.
  • Handle in-bound calls and emails and to co-ordinate work with internal teams and external users.
  • Manage any incidents raised and track them to their closure escalating such incidents where required.
  • Provide guidance and training to the service desk analysts to improve quality of service and to meet key performance indicators.
  • Perform any other required tasks assigned by the management to support operations.


Job Requirement:

  • At least 4 years of relevant and recent work experience that demonstrates the competencies in providing business IT support in a call centre environment
  • At least 2 years of relevant and recent supervisory experience in a call centre environment. 
  • Good communication skills through verbal and written presentation in the English language.
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and empathic skills with a positive work attitude and good customer service orientation.
  • Academic qualification that provides the knowledge in providing business Information Technology (IT) support.
  • Working knowledge in the following areas: Singapore Government procurement guidelines,  Use of Government electronic Business Portal
  • Applicants with lesser experience will be considered for a junior role.
  • Able to start IMMEDIATELY
